We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, and images. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or product batches.
Product availability, prices, and delivery options may change. The prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes shown at checkout will apply to your order.
If a significant pricing error, inventory issue, or other fulfillment problem occurs, we may contact you to verify the order or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, as permitted by applicable law. We will handle any payments received in accordance with applicable law. We will not arbitrarily change the price of a confirmed order without your consent or legal authorization.
3. Orders and Payments
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean it has been finally accepted. We review order details and payment status as part of our order processing procedures.
We may review orders involving failed payments, unusual transactions, or suspected fraud. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout the United States, subject to carrier service availability and applicable shipping restrictions.
- Orders below $79.99: $6.00 shipping fee.
- Orders of $79.99 or more: Free shipping.
- Order processing time: 1–3 business days.
- Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM Central Time (CT) on business days. Eligible orders placed and paid for before the cut-off may begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends and applicable non-business days begin processing on the next business day.
- Estimated transit time: 6–12 business days after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. Carriers may include FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on the logistics arrangements.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs inspections, and carrier delays may affect delivery. Taxes and customs arrangements are handled according to the information disclosed at checkout, actual logistics arrangements, and applicable law.

5. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation requests are subject to review and are effective only after confirmation.
Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be canceled through our standard cancellation process. After delivery, you may request a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For successfully canceled orders that qualify for a refund, we will initiate the refund within 1–3 business days after cancellation is confirmed. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank and payment service provider.

6. Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or exchange within 40 days of delivery, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.
For voluntary returns, customers generally pay return shipping costs. If a return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, shipping damage, or another issue for which we are responsible, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
For eligible returns, we will initiate refunds through the original payment method within 1–3 business days after refund eligibility is confirmed. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the relevant financial institution or payment service provider.
Opening or assembling an item does not automatically make it ineligible for return. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
